This page explains what Citadel Wire Systems (“CWS”, “we”) does with information you send us through citadelwiresystems.com.
What we collect
The project form on this site isn’t accepting submissions right now, so we don’t receive anything through it.
If you call or email us, we receive what you share in that conversation.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk through your project.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To understand how people find us, so we know which referrals and channels work.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond, to carry out any work you hire us for, and to keep normal business records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email info@citadelwiresystems.com or call (210) 953-6860.
