Prefab as a Service

Our prefab service uses a patented harness system to move wiring work off-site. We prepare your low-voltage wiring around your plans, test it before it reaches your site and deliver it staged for installation, so there’s less work to do on site.

How it works

Low-voltage network wiring, preassembled and tested before it reaches your site. Our patented harness system moves preparation off-site and simplifies deployment.

  • Built around your plans. Modular harness configurations follow the reviewed layout and equipment needs.
  • Prepared and tested off-site. Cable runs are preassembled and tested while your site is still under construction.
  • Staged delivery. Harnesses are prepared and delivered around the construction sequence.
  • Pull-tab deployment. Preassembled cable runs arrive prepared for installation.

Less work on site

Assembly and testing happen before install day, away from the job site. When the harnesses arrive, they’re ready to pull into place, which is designed to shorten the installation itself.

Made for repeat builds

Prefab fits best when you build the same kind of location again and again, like a brand opening several restaurants a year. Harnesses can be ordered and prepared before each site is ready.

For one-off jobs, or work that prefab doesn’t suit, we pull and terminate cable on site the traditional way.
